"This place is great! My brother and I would have lunch and a couple of beers at the bar after surfing in the mornings during our stay. Beer is cold, and the mahi mahi fish and chips was tasty. In addition to the tourists,there were locals hanging out,which usually reflects well on a place. The Shorebird is right on the point before you get into all the bunched up hotels. I think it is the best view of Diamond Head, and due to the location, usually has a nice breeze coming into the open air venue. "
