Formerly known as Nicholas Nickolas, Aaron's Atop Ala Moana specializes in both island and mainland dishes. This is a wonderful restaurant to go to for style, variety and (of course) quality. Mediterranean and Asian sensibilities are present throughout the menu, but unmistakably Hawaiian preparations of local seafood and meat are available as well.
